Position:
We are looking for an experienced Recruiter who will help us hire top-level specialists from all over the globe. As a Recruiter, you are an energized expert, fluent in English, familiar with multiple cultures, and capable of finding common ground with any candidate. Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and connect with top-level specialists, including those who have excelled in international Olympiads, Kaggle Competitions, and other highly competitive fields.
- Guide candidates through the entire recruitment process, ensuring a positive and exciting interview experience.
- Collaborate with external teams, managing interactions with external agencies.
- Continuously optimize the recruitment process to enhance efficiency and outcomes.
Required Qualifications:
- IT recruitment experience in an in-house or agency setting (experience in both is a plus but not mandatory).
- Strong self-discipline and eagerness for growth.
Nice-to-Have:
- Interest in IT, programming, and modern technologies.
- A background in technical fields or trading is a plus.
