How it works

1. Explore open roles Browse roles from verified companies. Each one lists a referral bounty, typically between $1,500 and $8,000 USD.
2. Recommend someone you believe in Give companies context, not just CVs. Submit a brief referral note about why they’re a strong fit. No long forms, just the context that helps a hiring manager see their real strengths.
3. Verify and stake Each referrer should complete a quick KYC check and place a $20 stake per referral. It’s a way of saying: “I stand behind this person.” If your referral is invited to the first interview, your stake is returned regardless of the outcome. And if they’re hired, you receive the full bounty.
4. Get notified and paid You can track progress at every stage: from review to interview to hire. Once confirmed, your bounty is released directly to you.
