A highly discreet and internationally mobile individual is seeking an experienced Chief of Staff to oversee the full spectrum of private lifestyle operations.
Role
This role will serve as the single point of contact for the principal in all non-corporate matters, with responsibility for structuring and managing a world-class ecosystem of personal service.
The Chief of Staff will be tasked with building a household operation that delivers service standards comparable to the world’s most elite luxury hospitality environments.
This position does not involve family office or financial management functions. The focus is strictly on the principal’s private and domestic life, across multiple locations and assets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the principal’s exclusive liaison for all lifestyle, domestic, and operational matters, ensuring seamless service delivery and strategic oversight.
- Design, implement, and supervise a comprehensive private service infrastructure aligned with the principal’s evolving needs and preferences.
- Manage the principal’s global residential footprint, including oversight of maintenance, operations, and staff coordination across properties in various jurisdictions.
- Establish and uphold anticipatory service standards, ensuring exceptional attention to detail and the fulfillment of both explicit and implicit expectations.
- Build and lead a high-performing team of private staff, including but not limited to household management, culinary, housekeeping, transportation, security, and concierge personnel.
- Ensure effective management of existing personal assets, while maintaining readiness to support the potential expansion of the principal’s asset portfolio in response to evolving lifestyle requirements.
- Implement streamlined processes, documentation systems, and reporting mechanisms to ensure operational consistency, accountability, and discretion.
- Maintain absolute confidentiality, professionalism, and responsiveness in all areas of interaction.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3–5 years of relevant experience in a senior private service leadership role (e.g., Chief of Staff, Estate Manager, Lifestyle Director) supporting UHNW individuals or in the management of high-end luxury hotels or resorts.
- Demonstrated expertise in structuring and managing complex private service operations across multiple residences and jurisdictions.
- Proven success in recruiting, leading, and retaining high-performing domestic teams.
- Strong familiarity with elite service environments, including private households, luxury hospitality, private aviation, or bespoke travel services.
- Full professional fluency in Russian (mandatory) and English (required).
- Outstanding leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills, with a meticulous attention to detail and a high level of emotional intelligence.
- Discretion, integrity, and a demonstrated ability to operate effectively in environments requiring absolute confidentiality and trust.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior work experience in Dubai is strongly preferred;
- Candidates currently residing inDubai will be prioritized.
