• You can use our platform to find job opportunities and submit your candidacy
• There are no fees for individual users
• We'll communicate with you about job opportunities through our platform
• Your personal data will be handled according to applicable laws
• You can stop using our services at any time

Public Offer for Businesses

This agreement is for companies and organizations that want to use WIP's recruitment services. Key points:

• You can post job vacancies and receive candidate recommendations
• You only pay a Success Fee when you hire our recommended candidate
• You need to provide feedback on candidates and keep the vacancy status updated
• You permit us to use your company logo for marketing
• A full refund is available if a hired candidate leaves within 90 days

Rewards for bringing Employers to WIP

When you are inviting employers to join WIP you are agreeing to the following:

• To qualify for commissions, the recommended account must be active and in good standing.
• Commissions will not be paid for accounts that are closed or terminated before the commission payment date
• WIP reserves the right to review and reject any referrals that violate our terms of service or appear fraudulent
• Commission rates and terms are subject to change with prior notification
