Role
We are looking for a Chief Marketing Officer to lead the full marketing function — from paid user acquisition to brand, communications, UX, and customer engagement. This is a key executive role with direct impact on business growth, reporting to the CEO.
You’ll work cross-functionally to own the marketing strategy and execution across multiple channels and teams, building the brand and scaling the user base in a highly competitive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and execute a full-funnel growth strategy (acquisition, activation, engagement, retention).
- Lead performance marketing: paid media, programmatic, social, ASO, CRM, referral and influencer campaigns.
- Scale the brand in a B2C market: develop positioning, tone of voice, and awareness campaigns.
- Manage and grow a cross-functional in-house team (media buyers, PR, content, UX, creative, researchers).
- Partner with Product, Data and Design to optimize onboarding, in-app messaging, and conversion flows.
- Own the marketing budget and agency/vendor relationships.
- Ensure marketing is fully metrics-driven: CAC, LTV, churn, ROMI, and funnel analytics.
- Represent marketing in the leadership team and contribute to the company’s strategic roadmap.
Requirements
- 10+ years in marketing with a focus on fintech, digital banking, telecom, e-commerce or other B2C verticals.
- Proven ability to scale digital products from early-stage to millions of users.
- Deep knowledge of growth frameworks, paid channels, and performance optimization.
- Strong leadership experience across marketing subfunctions (acquisition, content, brand, research, UX).
- Comfortable building teams, setting processes, and working in high-velocity environments.
- Data-driven and product-minded; fluent in key marketing metrics and analytics.
- Fluent in English and Russian (Uzbek is a plus).
- Willing to relocate to Central Asia and work onsite with the leadership team.
