About the Job:
We are looking for a a Legal Counsel who can combine strong expertise with a business-oriented mindset. You will ensure smooth and compliant operations by handling contracts, compliance, and IP/IT matters. If you are precise, proactive, and ready to bring clarity into a fast-paced tech environment, this role is for you.
The role requires you to work from the office on an ongoing basis.
Important Note:
- For the on-site employment in our offices in Vilnius, Lithuania and Amsterdam, Netherlands we are only considering candidates with a valid residence permit. Visa sponsorship is available if you hold primary residence with work authorization.
What we’re looking for:
- Education: University degree in Law
- Experience: Minimum 3+ years of professional experience, preferrably in a law firm
- Languages: Fluent English & Lithuanian
- Skills: Strong knowledge of civil, corporate, employment, data privacy, intellectual property, AI, and IT law
Responsibilities:
- Provide legal support for the company’s day-to-day business operations
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts (EN/LT) with a focus on IP and IT matters (e.g., licensing agreements, service contracts affecting IP rights)
- Handle employment law matters and internal company policies
- Draft, review, and update website policies, terms, and legal documentation
- Provide advice and handle various corporate matters within the company; - Assist in handling litigations.
- Develop and maintain standard contract templates, ensuring they align with business needs and legal requirements
- Conduct pre-contractual due diligence
- Perform legal research and provide case law analysis
- Address complex IP, IT, and data privacy matters
- Draft company policies, orders, and internal instructions from scratch
- Provide legal translations (EN/LT)
- Support staff record management and HR legal processes
- Monitor legislative changes and ensure compliance with the latest legal requirements

- Strong analytical and legal research skills — ability to process large amounts of information and draw concise conclusions
- Meticulous attention to detail — your legal documents should be clear, well-structured, and professional

- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to draft contracts and legal documents from scratch
- Tech-savvy: Strong proficiency in MS Word (track changes, cross-references, continuous numbering), Google Docs, and willingness to adapt to new software (Deel, DocuSign, etc.)
- Creative & open-minded approach to solving legal issues
- Passion for automation and digitalization of legal workflows
- Enthusiasm for working in a young, international, and driven IT team
