Role
We are looking for an HR professional to support the technological division, focusing on building HR processes for engineers, developers, and technical teams. This role emphasizes execution in performance management, soft skills development, and adaptation to the trading culture, working closely with technical leadership to align people strategies with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead HR support for the engineering and technological part of the company, partnering with technical leadership to build and implement performance management processes.
- Develop and roll out systems for competency matrices, evaluation frameworks, and role descriptions tailored to developers and technical specialists.
- Drive initiatives for soft skills development, team adaptation to the trading culture, and overall employee growth in a high-performance environment.
- Co-create HR rituals and systems to reinforce clarity, accountability, and cultural alignment within the technological division.
- Evaluate team composition, identify gaps, and support hiring, retention, and development needs for engineers and developers.
- Monitor organizational health in the technological division and propose adjustments to support scaling and cultural evolution.
Requirements
- Excellent English proficiency (verbal and written) for global collaboration; Russian language skills are highly desirable.
- 5+ years in HR roles, such as HRBP or Senior HR, with a focus on technological or engineering teams in small to medium-sized companies (up to 500 employees), not from large corporations.
- Deep understanding of developers' and engineers' work specifics, with experience in fintech, payments, or similar tech-driven industries.
- Proven competencies in building competency matrices, performance evaluation systems, and role frameworks.
- Experience in high-growth, remote-first environments, with a bias toward practical execution and adaptability.
- Ability to work in ambiguity, drive clarity, and align HR practices with business outcomes in a performance-oriented culture.
