Role
We are hiring a Head of Performance Marketing & Digital Sales to lead all paid acquisition and direct digital growth initiatives. This role will sit at the intersection of marketing, product, and commercial teams — fully responsible for traffic generation, conversion optimization, and performance across all digital sales channels (app installs, onboarding, usage, cross-sell).
You’ll design and own the full paid funnel strategy, from CAC to LTV, and directly impact the company’s monthly active users and revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the full performance marketing strategy across paid media (Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok, programmatic, affiliates, influencers, Telegram, etc.).
- Own and manage key acquisition and activation KPIs: CPI, CAC, CPL, CPA, CVR, ROAS, ROMI.
- Lead end-to-end media planning, budgeting, channel testing, and scaling strategies.
- Oversee performance creatives: static, video, UGC, dynamic formats, localized copy — in close collaboration with internal and external creative resources.
- Build and manage campaigns for user acquisition, reactivation, referrals, cross-sell (deposits, debit card, NFC, etc.).
- Collaborate with Product and Growth to optimize conversion flows: onboarding, KYC, first transaction, activation triggers.
- Manage and mentor a growing team of digital marketers, analysts, and agency partners.
- Establish attribution models, marketing mix analysis, and dashboards in collaboration with Data & BI.
- Ensure compliance with local ad regulations and transparency in all communications (based on past regulatory learnings).
- Drive experimentation culture: A/B testing, incrementality, creative testing, landing page variations.
Requirements
- 8+ years in growth, performance marketing, or user acquisition roles in fintech, banking, telecom, digital B2C or e-commerce sectors.
- Deep experience in paid digital channels and performance operations across mobile (App campaigns, ASO, CPI-based buying).
- Proven track record scaling products with large paid budgets and strict performance KPIs.
- Strong analytical mindset: experience working with attribution tools (Appsflyer, Adjust), Google Analytics, CRM and SQL dashboards.
- Ability to translate marketing metrics into business impact (CAC → Payback → LTV).
- Experience building and leading high-performing growth teams or agency networks.
- Fluent in English and Russian (Uzbek — a plus).
- Creative, agile, and commercially focused. Comfortable in fast-paced, high-autonomy environments.
